Cancellation and replacement of protocol 151764 dated 14 March 2025 "Explanatory Report on

item 5 on the agenda of the ordinary session and on items 1, 2 and 3 on the agenda of the

extraordinary session of the Annual General Meeting of IGD SIIQ S.p.A."

Bologna, 19 March 2025. IGD - Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A. (the "Company") advises that, a new version of the Explanatory Report for item 5 of the ordinary sessione agenda and items 1,2 and 3 of the extraordinary session agenda of the Annual General Meeting - to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 16 April 2025 in first call (and, if necessary, in second call on 17 April 2025 at the same time) is now available to the public. This version cancels and replaces protocol 151764 of 14 March 2025, emphasizing the changes made to item 1 on the agenda of the extraordinary session concerning certain clarifications, as per the Articles of Association, on increased voting rights. .

The Explanatory Report is available upon request for shareholders and those who have the right to vote to obtain a copy, at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website http://eng.gruppoigd.it/in Governance - Shareholders' Meetings section, as well as on the authorized storage system eMarket STORAGE www.emarketstorage.com, managed by Teleborsa S.r.l..
